Support Monster ("Service") is operated by BYKEA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("the Company", "us", "we", or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Ordinance, 1984, having its registered and corporate office situated at 4th Floor, Office # 401, Ebrahim Estates, Near Baloch Colony Bridge, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, Pakistan.

Our Privacy Policy governs your visit tohttps://support.monster and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.

We use your data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions.

Our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of our Service and together with the Privacy Policy constitute your agreement with us ("Agreement").

We will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing help@support.monster with your account details, or through your in-app account settings, where available.

We aim to process deletion requests within 7 working days of receipt. We will delete your account and delete or anonymize your data, except where retention is required to comply with our legal or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, as described in the "Retention of Data" section above.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

If you are located outside Pakistan and choose to provide information to us, please note that we may transfer the data, including Personal Data, outside your jurisdiction and process it there.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place, including the security of your data and other personal information.

Our Policy on "Do Not Track" Signals
